This program has optional material and products that you can purchase to aid you in reselling our products. Reselling can take place on-line with custom codes that assure you of a sale; or you can pass out homemade cards with your RESCODE on them sporting services that we offer and provide. Purchasing optional Diminar Solutions LLC business cards will arrive with your name and RESCODE on them. Making flyers, banners, or other material is a great idea. You don't have to be a salesman; just tell others about what we offer and give them your 3-digit RESCODE number.

All affiliates can earn money instantly without having to wait until you have sold a
certain amount of a product. Payments are withheld for one month or until you have
reached a balance of $10.00 USD in your account. Only USD amounts are used in
our affiliate accounts. The standard form of payment is on the 1st of every month by
auto-deposit into your PayPal Inc., account. We will issue Checks to those
with no PayPal Inc., account. All affiliates earn 15% commission. If you require a check, a charge of $1.00 will be deducted from your commssion. There are no 2nd
tier commissions on sales. You can earn commission on the following items:

Residual Income on Shared & Dedicated Hosting means every month the customer
pays for service you will automatically earn 15% commission! This will last for as
long as the customer keeps the account open. For each hosting account there is a
wait period of 30 days. If a customer closes their account in the 30 day period
affiliates will not recieve commissions and the customer is entitled to their money
back with the exception of the domain name fee of $8.00 which is provided free if the

RESCODE & VENCODE Information |
|
|
|
|
|
As stated above, all affiliates will gain a 3-digit number upon becoming an affiliate. This number is used to
determine which affiliate, if any, made a sale. When becoming an affiliate, you will be required to give some
personal information. This information will be used to identify you. The information we gather never leaves our
database. See our terms of service for more information. This information includes your phone number, your
address, your city, state, ZIP code, and your e-mail address. Some optional information we ask for is:
your website, an alternate contact, cell phone, and fax. All of this information is saved in our database and
you will have a 6-digit number that identifies you to us. This number is not needed and shouldn't be given
to any customer if they actually ask you for it. Your VENCODE ends with your 3-digit RESCODE. See the above
example. Of course, your number will differ from this greatly.
