SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

Our Support Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support can handle hosting, computer, and designing related questions. If you aren't sure which department to contact just choose this one and we'll help you out. If you have a question about a computer we've sold you or fixed please have the "DR" number ready. A 6-digit number either on the side, back, front, or on the inside ont he back of the case cover, or on the power supply. We tag your system and with this number we can look at previous services performed, and your computers specifications.

You can also get support by visiting the Community or using our live support feature which can be used for support and billing questions. You may even use our live help to setup accounts and start new services!

You can call our Billing Department to setup new services, pay a bill, or get price quotes. If you are an existing customer have your Custoemr ID ready along with any Invoice, Quote, Receipt number in question.
